This job posting is for employment with an independently owned and operated franchisee.

As a Server, you will be the heart of our dining experience, welcoming guests and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. Your role is crucial in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere, where you’ll share your knowledge of our delicious menu and ensure every guest feels valued and cared for.

Essential Functions

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable, letting them know you are there to take care of them.
• Inform guests of specials and any menu changes, demonstrating thorough knowledge of our meals and possible substitutions.
• Make genuine recommendations that cater to guests’ tastes and preferences.
• Answer any questions about our food, beverages, and restaurant services with confidence and clarity.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into our point-of-sale system promptly.
• Prepare coffee and tea when the line assistant is unavailable.
• Assist with toast preparation when the toast assistant is not present.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, coordinating with other staff as necessary.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned.
• Maintain clean service areas, ensuring tables, seats, floors, and windows are thoroughly cleaned after each guest.
• Monitor guests’ dining experiences, ensuring satisfaction with food and service, and respond promptly to any requests.
• Prepare final bills, present checks to guests, accept payments, and process credit card transactions or provide change as needed.
• Between seatings, promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths, checking and cleaning floors as required.

Additional Responsibilities

Pay Range: $9.98 and Up

Incentives and Benefits of this position may include but are not limited to:

• 50% off 1 entree a day. NO nights and health benefits available for full time employees
