Job summary

True Food Kitchen is seeking a friendly and dependable Bussers to keep the dining room flowing and support servers during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. You will clear tables, assist with deliveries, and maintain a clean, welcoming space for guests.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality mindset, enjoy fast-paced environments, and have flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive tips apply with state minimum wage base.

• Clear and reset dining rooms promptly.

• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen equipment and tools.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food, especially during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
