True Food Kitchen in West Palm Beach is seeking dedicated Bussers to keep the dining room flowing and guest-focused. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and maintain a welcoming space during lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

You’ll move, lift, and support the team to ensure smooth operations with warmth and hospitality. Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, have strong teamwork, and are available for nights, weekends, and holidays.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food, especially during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
