Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Paradise, NV is looking for friendly Bussers to support servers, clear tables, and keep a clean, welcoming dining room. You’ll help with delivering items, seat guests, and provide warm hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

We offer shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is tipped minimum wage plus tips, with part-time to full-time hours and opportunities for growth and staff benefits.

RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Keep the dining room clean by promptly clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Clean spills quickly and discreetly.
• Help deliver food, especially during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond sincerely to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.
