Job summary

A renowned hospitality firm in Sun Valley is looking for a Restaurant Busser to maintain cleanliness in food and beverage areas by clearing and resetting tables for guests. The ideal candidate will handle food service with efficiency and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include ensuring the readiness of tables, expediting food to guests, and maintaining clean and stocked service areas. Must have the ability to lift items and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Available for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are clean and set for guests.
• Fill water glasses immediately after guests are seated.
• Clear dishes and glassware as guests complete their meals.
• Place all items into the bussing cart, on bussing trays, or into tubs
• Reset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directed
• Empty bussing carts, trays, or tubs in the kitchen areas
• Make sure all glassware and silverware are clean and polished
• Stock various clean dishes, glassware, and condiments at the server’s station
• Ensure that there is enough freshly brewed coffee
• Empty kitchen garbage receptacles and take bags to the dumpster
• Expedite food to guests in a timely manner

A Restaurant Busser will work in one of our Food & Beverage venues. They will clear, clean, and reset tables in preparation for serving guests while taking food to guests in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure tables are clean and set – ready for guests
• Fill water glasses immediately after guests are seated
• Clear all dishes, glassware, paper goods, and table linens at proper times as guests complete their meals or depart their tables
• Place all items into the bussing cart, on busing trays, or into tubs
• Reset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directed
• Empty bussing carts, trays, or tubs in the kitchen areas
• Make sure all glassware and silverware are clean and polished
• Stock various clean dishes, glassware, and condiments at the server’s station
