Job summary

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO, is seeking a Busser to join our team. The role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and maintaining high dining room standards. You will support service by preparing stations, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting with basic food and beverage preparation.

We value reliability, strong guest service, and a collaborative attitude. This is a full-season role with a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a strong team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for work, dressed in complete and proper uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service stations.
• Prepare station and perform opening duties; assist during service.
• Handle and assist with basic food and beverage preparation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus and communicate with the team.
• Reset tables quickly and keep stations clean for the next shift.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Perform closing duties and additional tasks as requested by management.

About the Role

  • Pay Rate: $15.16
  • Schedule: Flexible Schedule, Some Nights, Weekends, and Holidays
  • Employment Status: Full- Time Seasonal
  • Start Date: ASAP

Duties

• Arrive on time for work, dressed in complete and proper uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room.
• Prepare station and perform assigned opening side duties.
• Handling of and basic preparation of food and beverage.
• Maintain standards of Viceroy’s personal grooming habits.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all menus.
• Safe handling of soiled dishes
• Reset all tables in station quickly and efficiently –ideally within 3 minutes.
• Maintain cleanliness at all service stations.
• Communicate frequently and consistently with other members of the team and other colleagues during service.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and with other colleagues.
• Practice teamwork when interacting with all departments in the hotel.
• Understand and demonstrate the concept of making customers. Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems. Inform manager to further our goals of customer-making.
• Perform all closing side duties, leaving station clean and set for the next shift.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
