As a Busser/Runner at FARMSHOP, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up tables, clearing and cleaning them efficiently, and assisting servers as needed. You'll contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, while providing friendly and attentive service to our guests. Main Responsibilities:
Must have evening availability
Table Preparation: Set up tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware before guests arrive.
Clearing Tables: Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly after guests finish their meals.
Cleaning Tables: Wipe down tables and chairs to ensure they are clean and presentable for the next guests.
Assisting Servers: Support servers by refilling drinks, delivering additional items to tables, and addressing any guest requests promptly.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, including floors, clean and tidy throughout the shift.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Teamwork: Collaborate with other restaurant staff members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience for guests.
Adhering to Safety Standards: Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment for staff and guests alike.
