The Old Spaghetti Factory in Rancho Cucamonga is hiring a Busser to join our team. Bussers keep tables clean, clear, and reset promptly, assist the waitstaff, and help maintain a well-organized dining area to support excellent guest service.

Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, reliability, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. You should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand and lift up to 40 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tips and growth

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash. Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other items.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist Team with guest service as needed.

Busser Job Description:

Bussers are responsible for the cleanliness, organization and table-turn of the restaurant, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, and assisting the waitstaff in delivering outstanding service. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a are crucial to this role.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure tables are cleared tables of dishes, utensils and trash. Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
