The Old Spaghetti Factory in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a friendly Busser to support the dining room team. You will clear and reset tables, wipe down surfaces, stock utensils, and assist servers to ensure quick, courteous service.

This role requires a strong work ethic, friendly demeanor, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Flexible shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Busser Job Description:

Bussers are responsible for the cleanliness, organization and table-turn of the restaurant, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, and assisting the waitstaff in delivering outstanding service. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a are crucial to this role.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure tables are cleared tables of dishes, utensils and trash. Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
