Job summary

Snooze Ahwatukee is seeking a motivated Busser to maintain a fast-paced breakfast environment and support servers during busy shifts. You’ll clear and reset tables, replenish service areas, and help ensure guests enjoy a smooth dining experience.

Earn $12.15–$14.15 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay. Snooze offers medical/dental/vision plans (after 30+ hours/week and after a year), retirement options, an annual birthday meal, paid volunteer days, and a range of development opportunities.

Qualifications

• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
• Candidates should be able to multitask in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer need.
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes and glassware for washing.
• Clean and clear tables after each guest experience and reset for the next seating.
• Inspect assigned restrooms and clean as needed.
• Assist servers with food delivery, especially during peak periods.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
