Job summary

Snooze College Station is seeking a fast, friendly Busser to help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area during busy shifts. You will clear and reset tables, support servers, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You’ll enjoy weekly pay, benefits for full-time staff after a period, and a culture of team energy with plenty of pancakes and breakfast vibes.

Qualifications

• Must obtain county-required food and alcohol service certifications prior to employment.
• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent teamwork and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant during busy shifts.
• Remove plates and glassware from tables and take to dish area.
• Assist servers with food delivery and large parties as needed.
• Stock and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH as requested.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player.Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longerneeds
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashingstation
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Betweenseatings, promptly cleantable tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean asrequired
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean asneeded
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server asneeded
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peakperiods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
