HRYCC is a beautiful 885-acre private club community located in Palm City, FL. The club is proud of our wooded and naturally landscaped vistas and 111-acre Audubon-sanctioned preserve. Our community offers multiple beloved eateries that overlook a picturesque waterfront. Could you be the next Part-Time Busser?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and bake bread for service.
• Prepare all tables for service; set out butter, water glasses, and proper silverware.
• Prepare service stations and bar with ice and proper glassware.
• Prepare dining room with replacement linens, napkins, silverware, and glassware
• Greet all guests; provide bread and water to all occupied tables
• Assist servers and food runners throughout shift; clear plates after each course and assist in serving courses.
• Carry soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen; break down trays and glassware in the dishwasher station.
• Wipe down tables and chairs for next service; clean and maintain service trays.
• Remove all garbage from wait stations; clean and line all trash and recycling containers.
• Sweep and mop service areas, carpets, and floors throughout dinner service.
• Remove all dirty linens and bring to designated area.
