Responsibilities

Due to business volume, bussers may be employed at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and organization, enabling other departments to focus on guest service.

1. Resetting tables.
2. Sweeping floors.
3. Emptying trash cans.
4. Stocking ice/products.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
6. Pre-bussing tables.
7. Having a sense of urgency.
8. Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers.
9. In some cafes: removing ketchups, refilling guests’ drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the office and cafes during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, ability to work with hands above shoulders.

• Travel via auto or airplane for long periods.
