Job Summary: Keeps the FOH restaurant looking clean and presentable. Quickly and efficiently cleans the tables to allow for minimum down time for tables to be re-sat.

Responsibilities

1. Maintains a polite professional demeanor at all times.
2. Sets up and clears tables. Never leaves a table set halfway.
3. Ensures tables are clean and sanitized.
4. Pre-buses tables.
5. Keeps station clean at all times.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
7. Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.

Qualifications

1. Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
2. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
