Job Details

• Ensures tables are cleared, cleaned, and re-set according to Seasons 52 standards.
• Assists with pre-bussing tables, restocking side stations, and running food.
• Assists with flatware and glassware polishing and restocking.
• Ensures bartender bus tubs and trash are emptied and replaced efficiently.
• Maintains overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Compensation: $9 per hour plus tips.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain guest flow by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables within three minutes.
• Support bartenders by emptying bus tubs and trash.
• Provide excellent guest experiences through pre-bussing, restocking, running food, and polishing flatware and glassware.
• Ensure guest safety by keeping tables, seats, floors, and restrooms clean and sanitized.

Performance Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs., including bus tubs and dishware.
• Speak and understand English.
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and wipe.
• Stand and walk during entire shift.
• Work well with team members and perform side work.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
