Job summary

True Food Kitchen in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Bussier to help keep the dining room flowing by clearing tables, supporting servers with food and drink delivery, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. You’ll lift, move, and jump in wherever needed while delivering warm, genuine hospitality to our guests.

We offer part-time to 40 hours per person with flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the dining room clean.
• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
• Monitor and clean floors, bar, and restrooms as needed.
• Stock clean dishes from the dish station.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Help deliver food during busy times.
• Thank guests and ask about their experience.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with the team.
• Stay flexible to support smooth restaurant operations.

• Assist servers with water/tea refills and clearing tableware.
