Chatti, led by Indian celebrity chef Regi Mathew , is a premier destination for authentic South Indian cuisine, offering a refined yet warm dining experience in the heart of Manhattan.

We are currently seeking Assistant Servers (Server Assistants / Bussers) to join our growing front-of-house team. If you have a passion for hospitality, great attention to detail, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced, high-energy service team — we want to hear from you.

Position Overview :

As an Assistant Server, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service by supporting our servers, maintaining clean and organized tables, and anticipating guest needs with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities :

Support servers by delivering water, clearing and resetting tables, and running food.

Ensure all tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, timing, and service flow.

Work closely with the head runners, servers, and management to create a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in upscale dining is preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service.

Team player with excellent communication skills.

Interest in Indian cuisine and hospitality a plus.
