Job summary

Snooze Lubbock is hiring bussers to help keep our breakfast-restaurant buzzing. You’ll clear tables, reset the dining area, and assist servers during busy periods, all while maintaining a clean, welcoming space for guests in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Position offers earning potential via hourly wages plus tips, weekly pay, and benefits after tenure. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. No late nights; opportunity for development within Snooze.

• Remove plates and glassware from tables and take to dish area

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player.Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longerneeds
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashingstation
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Betweenseatings, promptly cleantable tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean asrequired
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean asneeded
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server asneeded
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peakperiods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
