Job summary

Snooze, a busy breakfast restaurant in Denver, CO, is seeking a Busser to maintain a fast-paced dining room and support a friendly team. You will help keep tables ready, assist servers, and ensure cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours).

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware from tables and assist with dishwashing area.
• Clear and reset tables between seatings, ensuring clean surfaces.
• Assist servers with food delivery during peak periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, restrooms inspected every 30 minutes.
• Communicate guest requests to servers and FOH staff.
• Work as a team member to stock, clean, and support HOH.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
