Job summary

Snooze, a full-service breakfast restaurant, is hiring a Busser to help maintain a clean, efficient dining room during busy shifts. You’ll work as part of a team to clear tables, assist with service, and keep dining areas spotless for guests.

Compensation starts at $5.13–$8.13 per hour plus tips, with weekly pay. Benefits include health insurance options and opportunities for advancement. Must be 17+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older and authorized to work in the US.
• All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need.
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware for washing.
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience; clean tops, chairs, booths, floor as required.
• Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery, especially large parties and peak periods.
• Stock, clean, and assist FOH, Bar, HOH as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longer needs
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean as required
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
