Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or guest service experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Training/certification and Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and beautifully presented tables throughout the guest experience.
• Support servers with attentive table maintenance, water service, pre-bussing, and guest requests.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately while helping ensure each dish meets Wally’s standards.
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for the next guests.
• Keep side stations, service areas, and guest-facing spaces stocked, polished, and ready for service.
• Communicate closely with servers, support staff, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with private dining setup, tray service, and elevated hospitality details as needed.
