Summary of Position

Server Assistant responsibilities include serving plates, glasses, and silverware, refilling beverages, and cleaning tables. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and are highly motivated, this job is suitable for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare dining and patio areas before guests are seated, including cleaning designated areas daily.
• Set up tableware, candles, and condiments on tables prior to opening.
• Serve water and welcome snacks (e.g., chips and salsa).
• Refill beverages and prebus tables throughout the shift.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations in all dining areas.

Physical Demands

• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a wet environment.
• Prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Fine manipulation and grasping with hands.
• Work up to 8-10 hours per day.

Other Requirements

• Current food handler’s card, RBS card (if over 18), and California workplace harassment training or equivalent as required by law.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour.
