Part-time and full-time busser crewmembers can expect an average pay of $400 - $1000 per week, which is approximately $16.50 per hour plus tip share. The advertised range is an estimate based on current take-home averages and schedule flexibility; availability is not guaranteed.

Role Responsibilities

The busser is a vital support role in our restaurant, impacting the guest experience from setting tables to communicating with the team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking to meet service standards, and perform opening, ongoing, and closing duties.

All team members provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guest service, contributing to a team environment. Responsibilities include following company standards, performing side-work duties, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.

Essential Qualifications
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Some high school education
  • Current CA Food Handler’s Card
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of busser standards
Essential Job Functions
  • Complete opening duties
  • Clear and reset tables, keep bus stations stocked
  • Communicate with front desk and servers for efficient service
  • Follow service standards (e.g., refilling water)
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Interact courteously with guests and staff
  • Complete closing duties
  • Report to manager before leaving
