Duke's Kona LLC is seeking a friendly, team-oriented server assistant to help prepare the dining room, greet guests, and keep tables and service areas clean and stocked. You will support the service team, respond to guest requests, and help maintain a high standard of hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, communication, and reliable attendance, with full participation in the restaurant's service flow and training requirements.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required; useful in fast-paced settings.
• Must take and pass training tests with 90% or higher.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing restaurant for dining service and set up station.
• Greet guests and coworkers warmly, providing helpful service.
• Clear dishes, reset tables, and assist service team as needed.
