Job Summary

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clear dirty tables and prepare for resetting; reset all serviceware as prescribed.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, and condiments; clean booths, chairs, and floors.
• Serve guests beverages, breads, and butter; assist servers with food and beverage service.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Perform cleaning tasks using standard products.
• Fold napkins to maintain supply.
• Replenish condiments and restock side stands.
• Handle spills, guest requests, and seating as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
