Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Food Runner / Busser to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in both food running and bussing in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

1. Swiftly and accurately move food from the kitchen to guests' tables.
2. Ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.
3. Assist with food and beverage service as needed.
4. Handle guest concerns professionally.
5. Clear and reset tables.
6. Maintain health and safety regulations and follow all food safety requirements.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Busser, or Food Runner is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
4. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays safely.
5. Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
