Job Summary

Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting; resets all serviceware promptly and consistently.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods, including silverware, linen, and condiments; wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as needed.
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter; assists servers with food and beverage service.
• Transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Performs cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned.
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply.
• Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands as part of side work.
• Handles additional duties such as cleaning spills, guest requests, and seating guests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
