Job summary

The Village Tavern, Inc. is seeking Busser team members for immediate openings in Greensboro, NC. This hourly role includes shifts that could be full-time or part-time, with a focus on maintaining a clean, sanitary dining area and supporting the service team.

Typical duties include clearing and resetting tables, removing dishes, and ensuring a pleasant, efficient dining environment. Training is available for those with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

Responsibilities

• Assist team with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables.
• Maintain a clean work environment with attention to detail.
• Support servers and food runners as needed.
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner.

Job description

Pay range: $9-$12/hour (including tips)

BUSSER TEAM

The Busser is responsible for assisting the team with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.

Busser Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Attention to detail
• Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Complete tasks assigned by MOD in timely manner

This is an hourly position, with part-time and full-time positions available.
