Job summary

The Ontario Trillium Foundation in Gillette, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated Busser to ensure our dining room operates smoothly. This position requires a genuine approach to guest care, excellent communication skills, and a teamwork-oriented attitude.

As a Busser, you will work side by side with the team, cleaning and setting tables, maintaining sanitation, and ensuring that all positions have necessary supplies. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Job description

As a busser, you’re behind the scenes who will make sure our dining room is running smoothly. You will make sure tables are clean, so that service can flow efficiently and so our guests feel welcome the moment they take their seat.

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Legal working age.
• The ability to lift& carry35-50lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift.
• Be able to carry trays of dishes.
• To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time

• Working side by side with a team delivering exceptional experiences with high quality food and beverages.
• Creating a relationship with the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
• Following a series of steps to deliver on our promise of Rocky Mountain Hospitality.
• Clearing, cleaning and setting tables.

• Performing running side work throughout the shift to ensure all positions have what they need to be successful.
• Communicating with your Servers to facilitate the best possible service to the Guest.
• Working as a team and use positive communication skills at every opportunity.
