Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation in Butte, Montana, is seeking a Busser to ensure our dining room runs smoothly. In this role, you'll create exceptional experiences for guests by maintaining clean tables and working closely with the serving team.

We value a genuine approach to service and a readiness to learn, as experience is not mandatory. The position offers flexible scheduling, ensuring a supportive kitchen culture built on Rocky Mountain Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal working age.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work 8-10 hours at a time.

Job description

As a busser, you’re behind the scenes who will make sure our dining room is running smoothly. You will make sure tables are clean, so that service can flow efficiently and so our guests feel welcome the moment they take their seat.

• The ability to lift& carry35-50lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift.
• Be able to carry trays of dishes.
• To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a time

In your role, you will be:

• Working side by side with a team delivering exceptional experiences with high quality food and beverages.
• Creating a relationship with the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
• Following a series of steps to deliver on our promise of Rocky Mountain Hospitality.
• Clearing, cleaning and setting tables.
• Maintaining a safe and sanitary environment
• Performing running side work throughout the shift to ensure all positions have what they need to be successful.
• Communicating with your Servers to facilitate the best possible service to the Guest.
