Position Summary
Provide excellent service to all guests at Slater's 50/50.
Major Responsibilities
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Build rapport with guests, maintain a positive attitude, stay busy, and contribute to the restaurant's success.
- Remove dirty dishes and utensils, clean and reset tables according to policy, and ensure tables are presentable.
- Inspect and replace utensils and service items to ensure cleanliness.
- Assist servers with drinks and food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash cans, windows, doors, and restrooms.
- Stock and organize service areas.
- Understand and follow all service procedures, safety, and sanitation policies.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
- Provide guests with necessary items and assist with guest needs.
- Help manage guest intoxication issues responsibly.
- Clock in/out and take breaks as per policy.
- Report to supervisors and follow all safety and sanitation policies.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements
- Skills and experience to perform job duties.
- Food handlers card.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform related physical tasks.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
- Capability to lift and carry dishes and other items.
