Job Summary

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Located across the street from Wrigley Field, the Wrigley Rooftops offer a unique professional sports experience. Up to 200 guests enjoy an all-inclusive buffet and bar service, including beer, wine, soft drinks, and water at our 11 multi-level club spaces, each with a view of the field and rooftop seating. This seasonal position is based around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of workstations and guest areas.
• Stock food service areas and coolers according to Levy standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Remove garbage throughout the day.
• Assist coworkers as needed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualified Candidates Must Be Able To:

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Experience in food and beverage industry.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
• Availability to work all Cubs home games.
