Job summary

Snooze is hiring Bussers to maintain restaurant cleanliness during busy shifts. You will support servers, clear tables, and keep the dining area tidy while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates are energetic, hardworking, and able to multitask, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods. 17+ and US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Remove plates/glassware guests no longer need.
• Take tableware to dish area and place items for washing.
• Clean and clear tables after each guest experience.
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
• Assist server with food delivery, especially with large parties.
• Stock, clean, and assist FOH, Bar, HOH as needed.

The Position Specifics

You are moving fast and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant throughout a bustling shift and are the ultimate team player. Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift

• Remove plates/glassware that guests no longerneeds
• Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing. Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashingstation
• Clean and clear tables after each Guest Experience. Betweenseatings, promptly cleantable tops, chairs and booths, check floor and clean asrequired
• Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to server as needed
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Continually communicate and assist FOH, Bar, and HOH in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
