Job summary

A premier social and athletic club is seeking a part-time Busser to support the Splash Restaurant team. In this role, you will assist food servers by detailing tables, presenting food, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, preparing food stations, and clearing tableware. Shifts available on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with opportunities for additional shifts. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Availability for weekend shifts and varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of the dining room and stations.

Come join our team at the Bellevue Club, the eastside's premier social, athletic, and hotel property! We are currently looking for a part-time Busser to join Splash Restaurant team.

Overview

Supports Splash food servers by detailing tables, presenting food, recording orders and assisting with overall guest service. Shifts needed: Saturday, Sunday, Monday and other optional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assists food servers with all pre-meal side duties. Prepares and stocks the various restaurant stations with all food & beverage items
• Clears tableware items and resets tables in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.
• Evaluates and maintains the cleanliness of the dining room and various restaurant stations.
• Maintains a basic knowledge of the menu and available wines.
• Assists food servers with table detailing. Pours water, and clears and replaces silver, dishware
• Communicates with Manager when items are low and should be ordered.
• Assists food servers with all closing side duties. Restocks the various restaurant stations with service ware plates, cups, silver, etc.).
• Stores all food & beverage items and clears and cleans the various stations.
• Sweeps the dining room and/or the patio when appropriate.
• Disassembles, cleans and reassembles assigned service equipment.
• Replenishes low quantities of cleaning supplies as well as breaks down heavy duty cardboard for recycling.
