Job summary

Bellevue Club in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a part-time Expo for the Splash Restaurant. This role involves supporting food servers by detailing tables, presenting food, and assisting with overall guest service. Candidates must be available Thursday to Monday and preferably be 21 years or older with experience in an expo or similar role. The position offers a pay rate of $17.50 per hour plus tips and additional benefits including a 401(k) plan and free access to club facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with all pre-meal side duties and prepare and stock restaurant stations.
• Clear tableware items and reset tables in a timely manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and various restaurant stations.
• Assist food servers with table detailing and pouring water.
• Communicate with the Manager when items are low.
• Restock service ware, plates, and cups.
• Store all food & beverage items and clean the stations.
• Sweep the dining room and/or patio as appropriate.

Position

The Bellevue Club Splash Restaurant is looking for a part‑time Expo to join our team at Splash. This role supports food servers by detailing tables, presenting food, recording orders, and assisting with overall guest service. Thursday – Monday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with all pre‑meal side duties and prepare and stock restaurant stations with all food & beverage items.
• Clear tableware items and reset tables in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.
• Evaluate and maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and various restaurant stations.
• Maintain a basic knowledge of the menu and available wines.
• Assist food servers with table detailing, pouring water, and clearing and replacing silverware, dishware, etc.
• Communicate with the Manager when items are low and should be ordered.
• Assist food servers with all closing side duties; restock service ware, plates, cups, silver, etc.
• Store all food & beverage items and clean the stations.
• Sweep the dining room and/or patio as appropriate.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble assigned service equipment.
• Replenish low quantities of cleaning supplies and recycle heavy‑duty cardboard.
