MGM Resorts International seeks a Busperson for Spago inside Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will maintain dining room, storerooms, and beverage areas, upholding cleanliness and organization while delivering attentive service in a glamorous, high-energy setting.

The role requires teamwork, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs to support seamless service. Part-time shifts include weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a Busperson in a fine dining environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories; fold napkins and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables; reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and tabletop items.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling as needed.
• Ensure dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

In this role, you will maintain all restaurant areas, including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup stations, and beverage areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
