Job summary

MGM Resorts International at Bellagio Las Vegas is seeking a Fountain Worker for the Quick Service Restaurants team. In a fast-paced café environment, you will take orders, prepare beverages and light foods, and maintain a clean, welcoming workspace that meets Bellagio’s high standards.

You will engage with guests, handle cash per procedures, stock outlets such as Palio, Gelato, Snacks, and Starbucks, and contribute to memorable WOW experiences across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Barista experience preferred.
• 1 year of Food Handler or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in guest service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks accurately.
• Collect payments following cash handling procedures.
• Maintain front and back of house cleanliness and organization.
• Stock, label, and date products per safety procedures.
• Open and close duties as assigned by shift.
• Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority or escalate to management.

You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‐stocked workspace that meets Bellagio’s high standards. With a friendly, guest‐focused approach, you will engage with guests, understand their preferences, and deliver prompt, personalized service that enhances their visit.
