Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Restaurant Busperson to maintain clean, organized dining spaces and assist servers throughout the guest experience.

You will contribute to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish, with opportunities to grow in a luxury resort setting. Availability on weekends and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.

Your Experience Includes

Required:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
