Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a friendly Restaurant Busperson to keep dining spaces clean and support servers throughout the guest experience. This role contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and dependable in fast-paced settings, with strong teamwork and communication. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is required and opportunities for growth exist within Loews Hotels & Co.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous, and eager to assist guests and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays, dishes, and supplies.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus.
• Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands.
• Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary.
• Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do
