Job summary

Palms Serrano Vista Cafe in Las Vegas is seeking an on-call Busperson to support dining room operations and maintain clean, well-set tables.

You will work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction, polish silverware, reset tables, remove dishes, and help keep floors clean; flexible shifts include weekends and holidays. Candidates should have 21+ years old, TAM and Food Handler cards, HS diploma, 1 year as a Bus/ Food Runner, and resort experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must obtain a TAM card.
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card.
• 1 year of experience as a Bus or Food Runner in a restaurant.
• Experience in a resort setting preferred.
• Must work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and napkins.
• Clear and sanitize tables and reset with clean linens and glassware.
• Remove dirty dishes and trash to the kitchen for washing and disposal.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with staff to maximize seating turnover.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; refill as needed.
• Keep dining room floors clean and free of debris.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
