Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Busperson to support service teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will ensure tables are clean and ready, assist servers with table maintenance and beverage delivery, and help deliver exemplary hospitality to guests.

The role emphasizes knowledge of menu items, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow into server responsibilities while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
