White Lodging is hiring a Busperson to join our hospitality team at our Indianapolis properties. You will work closely with servers to maintain table readiness, assist with service, and ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and professional hospitality.

Candidates should bring a positive attitude, reliability, and the willingness to learn and grow into a server role, thriving in a fast-paced, guests-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, properly set tables and assist Food Runner as needed.
• Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality and professionalism.
• Learn and operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and preparation; answer guest questions.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process payments.
• Present a neat, professional appearance; represent the establishment well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
