Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking an energetic Bar Busperson to help keep bars and dining areas clean and inviting. You’ll support servers, deliver items, and keep stations stocked while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast-paced shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables and bar areas promptly, maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Assist servers and bartenders by delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness across all areas, including floors and surfaces.
• Restock service stations with glassware, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for easy access and efficiency.
• Support post-service duties by resetting tables and preparing the bar for the next shift.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with requests to enhance their experience.
• Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules.

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
