Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is hiring a Busperson/Backserver to help maintain a welcoming dining room, support servers, and keep stations organized and clean. The starting rate is $10.25 per hour plus tips.

The role involves coordinating with servers and management to ensure efficient table turnover and consistent guest service. Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

THE JOB:

As a Busperson/Backserver, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You’ll help keep our dining room, service stations, and food areas organized, stocked, and spotless, supporting our servers and ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional service Beau Rivage is known for.

THE STARTING RATE:

$10.25 per hour (plus tips)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
