Job summary

Beau Rivage, part of MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, MS, is seeking a friendly Busperson/Backserver to help create a welcoming dining room experience for guests. You’ll assist servers, keep stations stocked, and ensure clean, efficient turnover of tables.

Starting at $10.50 per hour plus tips, 18+ only, you’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that values guest service, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Free meals and employee discounts are among the perks.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

As a Busperson/Backserver, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You’ll help keep our dining room, service stations, and food areas organized, stocked, and spotless, supporting our servers and ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional service Beau Rivage is known for.

THE STARTING RATE

$10.50 per hour (plus tips)

The Day-to-day

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
