Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville is expanding its team! We are seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager to increase BTS sales by building relationships with new accounts and growing existing ones. This on-site role requires at least 2 years of experience in business travel sales management, preferably with knowledge of the Nashville market. Join us in shaping the future of business travel sales at our esteemed hotel.

What will I be doing?
  • Research, develop, and solicit new LNR and CNR accounts, along with some top leisure accounts, while maintaining current relationships.
  • Manage and sustain relationships with key accounts and focus on new IBT business development through research, cold calling, and telemarketing, excluding key national accounts.
  • Qualify prospects for the consolidated HCS office.
  • Manage some of the top leisure accounts.
  • Participate in industry organizations and local community events to develop business; aim for leadership roles when possible. Participate in the H.O.S.T. program.
  • Develop and deliver onsite and field presentations to prospective clients.
  • Attend trade shows and sales blitzes.
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales goals.
  • Organize and manage familiarization tours.
  • Support departmental projects and responsibilities as needed.
