Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville - Business Travel Sales Manager

Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville is expanding its team and seeking a Business Travel Sales Manager to increase BTS sales volume by building relationships with new accounts and enhancing existing ones. This on-property role requires at least 2 years of experience in business travel sales management, preferably with familiarity with the Nashville market. Join us in shaping the future of business travel sales at our esteemed hotel.

What will I be doing?

The Business Travel Sales Manager will research, develop, and solicit new LNR and CNR accounts, along with some top leisure accounts, while maintaining current account relationships.

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts and develop new IBT business through research, cold calling, and telemarketing, excluding key national accounts.
  • Qualify prospects for the consolidated HCS office.
  • Manage some of the top leisure accounts.
  • Participate in industry-related organizations and local community events to develop business, aiming for leadership roles when possible. Participate in the H.O.S.T. program.
  • Develop and deliver onsite and field presentations to prospective clients.
  • Attend trade shows and sales blitzes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and manage familiarization tours.
  • Assist with departmental projects and responsibilities as needed.
