Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking experienced business travel consultants to support corporate travellers across high-profile accounts. The role offers a blend of home and office work with shifts spanning typical daytime hours.

You will act as the main advisor, arranging complex itineraries and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo experience is preferred, with strong knowledge of fares and route optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in business travel consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
• Strong airfares knowledge and fare/routing analysis.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality service.
• Customer service oriented with policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Act as Travel Advisor to Corporate Business travellers, handling high-profile accounts.
• Be the point of sale for travel requests, arranging domestic and international travel by air, road, rail and accommodation using Amadeus.
• Provide consultative advice and recommendations, researching best fares and routes while following travel policy requirements.
• Maintain accurate travel profiles compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage booking process through ticketing and order fulfilment via phone, email or back-office systems.

Job description

Business travel consultants - Required for this global TMC working on a high dedicated account or mixed accounts. They are looking for a number of experienced business travel consultants to work from home, office of a mix of the two. Salaries between 26/32k plus benefits. Ideally sabre, but happy to look at Amadeus or Galileo.

• Act as Travel Advisor and Consultant to Corporate Business travellers, looking after high profile accounts
• Act as the point of sale on all travel requirements, arranging both routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail and accommodation, utilizing Amadeus
• Provide consultative advice, solutions and recommendations. This includes conducting analysis and research on the best available fare/routing, and ensuring preferred air carrier and partners are recommended, whilst ensuring adherence to the customers agreed travel policy and requirements
• Ensure customer travel profiles are detailed and accurate, following internal compliance and regulatory requirements for all customers and locations supported
• Manage the booking process through the ticketing and order fulfillment, either over the telephone or via email or back office systems and servicing platforms.

Business travel consultants skills required

• Business travel consultant experience is a must, minimum of 2 years
• Ideally sabre, but they will look at Amadeus or Galileo consultants
• Strong airfares knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer service orientated
