Google Cloud is seeking a GTM Strategy and Transformation Lead to define, land, and execute on key priorities that drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity across multiple regions.

You will help with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans, and manage the rhythm of business activities while providing insights and cross-functional alignment to evolve early ideas into growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and data presentation skills.

  • Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

  • Influence executive-level decision‑making around core business decisions, such as prioritisation of account team roles and responsibilities, field activation, change management, and growth opportunities to increase productivity.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your organisation and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem‑solving complex and ambiguous business issues while supporting organisation priorities.
  • Design and execute change‑management strategies for the field by collaborating with People Operations, Learning, and Enablement to define hiring criteria, performance management milestones, and role proficiencies.
  • Improve operations by launching new programmes, setting goals, streamlining processes, and optimising resource allocation while organising business cadences to deliver effective operations.
  • Support programme management of fiscal planning cycles, establish success criteria, and monitor the return on investment of initiatives.
