The Business Transformation team, part of the Strategy & Transformationfunction and drives strategic transformation programmes across CBRE InvestmentManagement to improve business performance.
As a director, you will carry end-to-end accountability for these programmes and runthem with significant autonomy, owning everything from problem framing andsolution design through to execution and the adoption. You will partner withstakeholders including senior leaders to shape and challenge the agenda bringanalysis and external perspective that influence their thought-process, sharpentheir decisions and coach them to lead the change.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $185,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
